خلاصه ای از مطالب:
-4 راهبردهای کنترل فکر
راهبردهاي كنترل فكر پاسخ هايي هستند كه افراد براي كنترل فعاليت هاي نظام فراشناختي خود نشان مي دهند. ولز و ماتيوس اختلال هيجاني را با راهبرد كنترل تهديد مشخص مي كنند (ولز و ماتیوس،1994). افراد براي كنترل افكار ناخواسته يا اضطراب زاي خود از طيف وسيعي از راهبردها استفاده مي كنند. در يك مطالعه ي تحليل عاملي، ولز و ديويس، پنج راهبرد كنترل را مشخص كردند كه از طريق پرسشنامه ي كنترل فكر (TCQ) سنجيده مي شود. اين راهبردها ارزيابي مجدد، تنبيه، كنترل اجتماعي، نگراني و توجهبرگرداني را شامل مي شوند (ولز و دیویس، 2003).
فکر بخش جادوگر وجود انسان است و قضاوت مهم ترین صفت اوست. هر گونه باورپذیری به فکر هویت و واقعیت می بخشد. هر گونه مقاومت موجب هویت بخشی و شکل پذیری می شود. هر گونه احساس، در برنامه نویسی فکر تاثیر دارند. هر گونه باور، فکر را می سازد و فکر، جسم و روح را می سازد.
ویژگی های فکر بی پایان است. ولی مهمترین ویژگی آن دستبرد شیطان در فکر و ایجاد ترس و اختلال در کشف استعداد و فرصت ها و توانمندی ها و اضطراب و افسردگی است.
مهمترین دشمن فکر جریان کثرت است که توسط شیطان دامن زده می شود و شیطان دریای فکر را همیشه مواج نگه می دارد تا مروارید های اعماق آن دیده نمی شود (هانیچ[1] و همکاران، 2011).
