تعریف جسمانی سازی

جسمانی سازی یک موضوع جذاب برای محققان و متخصصان دررشته روانشناسی و روانپزشکی می باشد. جسمانی سازی نتیجه بد ترجمه شدن یک واژه آلمانی است که برای نخستین بار توسط ویلهلم استکل[1] در سال 1920 به کار رفته است. که به صورت زبان بدن[2] که مفهومی مبهم است ترجمه شده است. برای ساده کردن زبان استکل، مترجمان جسمانی سازی- کلمه ای که در همه جای اجتماعات مدرن غربی حاضر است- ایجاد کردند (مای، 2014). اصطلاح جسمانی سازی در زبان پزشکی بخصوص روانپزشکی به دلیل معنی ضمنی طبیعی آن و همچنین به دلیل قدرت سیستم طبقه بندی ایجاد شده توسط انجمن روانپزشکی آمریکا (2013) باقی ماند. استکل جسمانی سازی را به صورت یک بیماری بدنی که تجلی یک روان رنجورخویی عمیق است تعریف کرده است. او جسمانی سازی را همانند مفهوم فروید از ((تبدیل[3])) مورد توجه قرار داد. در کارهای پژوهشی درباره جسمانی سازی تلاش زیادی شده است تا بین جسمانی سازی، اختلال تبدیل و بیماری های جسمانی تمایز ایجاد شود. جداسازی جسمانی سازی از پدیده های مشابه به دلیل این حقیقت که مرزهای این سازه اختیاری است دشوار است (کلابرس، 2011).

در ویراست چهارم طبقه بندی اختلالات روانی اختلالاتی که مشابه اختلال جسمانی سازی است در طبقه اختلالات شبه جسمانی قرار دارند و عبارت اند از: اختلال جسمانی سازی، اختلال شبه جسمانی نامتمایز، اختلال تبدیل، اختلال درد و اختلال جسمانی شکلی که به گونه دیگر مشخص نشده است. این بخش خاص راهنمای تشخیصی با بیمار های روان تنی که به وسیله درماندگی روانی تسریع می شود ارتباط ندارد. در حالی که برخی نویسندگان جسمانی سازی را به عنوان راهی برای افراد دارای مشکلات روان - اجتماعی و هیجانی در نظر می گیرند تا این درماندگی ها را به صورت نشانگان فیزیکی بیان کنند، برخی دیگر جسمانی سازی را نه یک
